New Government CLP membership enrollment form

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Adobe® Open Options CLP Government member. The next step is to complete and submit the enrollment form.

GSA customers: The CLP program is available on GSA and open to all U.S. federal government customers. The GSA program has been customized to address the GSA procurement process. Consequently, online CLP enrollment is not currently available for GSA customers. Contact your GSA-authorized Adobe License Center (ALC) or Adobe account manager for assistance with enrollment.

This form is for government organizations that are not currently members of CLP, or whose membership expired more than six months ago.

If you are a returning CLP member, or you want to join CLP as a Self-Enrolled Affiliate, select "Returning CLP Government membership" or "Self-Enrolled Affiliate" from this page.

If your organization is not a government entity, or purchases through the GSA schedule, do not submit this form. Instead, return to the CLP 4.5 page and select the membership category for your organization.

If you have questions before you complete your enrollment, please request more information.

1. Enrollee contact information

The Enrollee is the individual who enrolls in the CLP program on behalf of the Program Applicant. The Enrollee will be contacted only if Adobe has any questions on this enrollment form. The Enrollee may differ from the "Contact" under the Program Applicant section of this form. The "Contact" under the Program Applicant section will be listed as the Primary Contact on the CLP agreement and will receive all upgrade notices and program information from Adobe.

3. Designated Adobe License Center and/or Adobe reseller

You must designate an ALC to receive communication on your account. You may also designate a reseller (recommended if you plan to place your CLP orders with the reseller).

4. Initial discount level and points target*

5. Upgrade Plan payment option*

You have the option to purchase Upgrade Plan with your software orders. You may pay your ALC or reseller for Upgrade Plan either in a single payment or in two annual installments. Select your preferred option (making a selection does not create any obligation to purchase Upgrade Plan):

By submitting this enrollment form to Adobe, you agree that you are a government end user and not a reseller, and you agree to be bound by the CLP 4.5 Government terms and conditions and by any applicable End-User License Agreement for the Adobe software you choose to license.
