Developer Toolbox

The Developer Toolbox is a self-contained development environment for prototyping, developing, and testing Adobe LiveCycle applications. It provides an easy-to-install environment which contains all of the LiveCycle applications pre-configured as a base installation.

The base installation provides an instance of JBoss Application Server and MySQL Database server already configured with the following LiveCycle server applications installed:

LiveCycle Forms 7.01
LiveCycle Form Manager 7.01
LiveCycle Security 7.02
LiveCycle Reader Extensions 7.02
LiveCycle Workflow 7.01

The Developer Toolbox also contains samples that provide quick starts for the following common LiveCycle use cases:

Dynamic routing
Email participation
Email initiation
Form vs. Document variable interchange
Merge data
Prepopulate
Process PDF
Reader enable
Render PDF
Save attachment
