2025 Technology Partner Program updates.

New annual cycle dates, fee adjustments, and updates to Unified Agreement Terms

Updated: February 10, 2025

Summary of key changes

Definition of program year. Adobe’s Technology Partner Program is shifting from an anniversary date model to a fixed program year model that starts March 1 and ends February 28. After changes go into effect on March 1, 2025, all member benefits and milestones will follow this cycle.

Changes to program agreement. To better reflect Adobe’s efforts to unify the Technology Partner Program and Solution Partner Program, the Technology Partner Program Agreement has been updated as of March 17, 2025. Changes include an update to terms that previously referred to the Solution Partner Program to be inclusive of technology partners so that one agreement can be used across all partners and partner levels. If you participate in both programs, you’ll be asked to agree to the updated terms when you log in to each partner portal. A full list of changes is available below. Switch to annual billing cycle. We’ve simplified our process and now offer annual billing only. This helps with calculating prorated fees in the Benefits Center and streamlines the payment process for everyone. We will most likely bring back quarterly invoicing in the future based on partner feedback and evolving needs, but this adjustment will better support our program year transition.

Silver level fee increase. Effective March 1, 2025, the Silver fee will increase from $2,500 to $3,000.

How will the program year changes affect our renewal cycle?

Since Community-level partners do not have contract start or end dates, and this level doesn’t have annual fees, there is no notable impact for these partners until they uplevel to the Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers. However, Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners will be moved to new renewal dates (with pro-rated fees) as noted below:

Original renewal date between January 1, 2025 and March 1, 2025: Whether you choose to renew at the same level or change levels, your contract term will remain unchanged through 2025. Then, in 2026, your renewal will be changed to a February 28, 2026 end date, with your fee prorated based on the revised date. On March 1, 2026, you will be billed upfront for the full-year renewal rate.

Original renewal date between March 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025: Regardless of when your 2025 renewal occurs, your end date will be set as February 28, 2026 with the renewal fee prorated based on this end date. On March 1, 2026, you will be billed upfront for the full-year renewal rate.

“PDF Extract API solved an initial challenge for us by allowing us to break down the PDF into parts that the EY Smart Reviewer tool can review. Adobe, in addition to a few other tools, provide us with the quality results we needed to create EY Smart Reviewer.”
