Software ISV and technology system integrator (SI) companies often want to integrate with Adobe applications but find it challenging to successfully develop a valuable integration or extension. Most partners need help navigating the sometimes complex processes and technologies involved.
While our partner program includes some limited technical help, many partners seek higher level direct consulting to accelerate their project. For these partners, Adobe offers engagement with the Adobe Partner Integration team.
How we can help
- Assist with sandbox environment setup
- Provide product UI/API orientation
- Validate integration use cases
- Share integration best practices
- Provide guidance for testing/debugging
- Review your integration documentation
- Provide product roadmap insights
- Be a liaison with Adobe product and engineering teams
What we don’t do
- Own the integration project
- Directly develop the integration (i.e. write code)
- Create documentation for the integration/extension
- Own or prioritize any Adobe product roadmaps
- Engage directly with clients on implementation or support projects
Add integration support through the Benefits Center
Partners in the Adobe partner program can engage with the Partner Integration team by adding optional benefits to their membership through the Benefits Center.
Premium Technical Integration Consulting
Meet regularly with the Partner Integration team for technical guidance from the to help launch one or more of your integrations. The team will support integration validation, troubleshooting, and App Assurance and will share product updates and how changes may affect each integration.
Basic Technical Integration Consulting
A set number of hours with the Partner Integration team to jumpstart your integration. The team will help validate your integration idea, explain integration best practices, get you familiar with the Exchange Marketplace or Adobe Commerce Marketplace, or share their integration expertise.
Adobe On-site with Integration Team
A two-day time slot to meet with Adobe’s internal Partner Integration team at the Adobe offices in Lehi, Utah, to brainstorm use cases and your integration design with technical experts from Adobe.
