Boost customer confidence with an Adobe endorsement
The App Assurance designation validates your application extension quality and demonstrates your commitment to excellence, so earning and displaying the designation on your Exchange Marketplace listing distinguishes your extension and builds customer trust. Customers know Adobe has diligently assessed the functionality and quality of your extension. Your total number of App Assured solutions also appears in your Partner Directory listing. App Assurance designations must be reviewed every two years.
Achieving the App Assurance designation
Once you’ve successfully listed your integration on the Adobe Exchange Marketplace, you can pursue validation with our App Assurance designation. Platinum partners are entitled to unlimited designations, Gold partners receive 2 designations . Both Gold and Silver partners can purchase designations a la carte via the Benefits Center as needed.
To secure your App Assurance designation, the Exchange Marketplace listing must have thoroughly documented installation instructions, as our team will be reviewing these to learn more about the technical aspects of your integration. You’ll also need to provide contact details for 3 customers who are successfully using your integration.
