Overview of all program benefits

The Adobe Digital Experience Partner Program offers two categories of benefits designed to support partner growth, differentiation, and success: base benefits and a la carte benefits.

Base benefits are included with your company’s partner level and increase in value as you progress from Community to Platinum levels. These benefits cover technical enablement, sales and marketing support, partner recognition, and access to Adobe tools and resources.

À-la-carte benefits are available for Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners, allowing the to purchase additional benefits through the Adobe Benefits Center for a more customized partnership package. These optional add-ons are designed to help partners tailor their experience and scale their engagement with Adobe by accessing benefits not included at their current level, expanding beyond the standard entitlements of their current level, and customizing their benefit mix to align with specific business growth goals.

Note: Due to program realignment, all benefits listed below will become available on March 1, 2026.

The specialist supports onboarding, benefit utilization, and field sales engagement. Adobe will meet weekly for the first 30 days and bi-weekly thereafter to help partners maximize the value of their program benefits. Note that a Partner Success Specialist is a separate role from a Partner Sales Manager.

Gold and Platinum partners can request to connect with Adobe on Crossbeam, which enables secure account mapping between partners and Adobe while revealing overlap for joint customers and opportunities. If partners are unable to use Crossbeam, they may submit CSVs of their customer lists for Adobe to create an Offline Partners report in Adobe’s Crossbeam instance. Adobe reps use this data to surface co-sell opportunities and prioritize partner engagement.

Adobe App Assurance

The App Assurance program qualifies and validates partner-created technical integrations against a set of Adobe-defined requirements. Partners who meet these standards earn the App Assurance badge, which is then displayed on their Exchange Marketplace and Partner Directory listings. This designation signals product quality and Adobe validation. Silver partners may purchase this benefit, Gold partners receive two listings (and can purchase additional), and Platinum partners receive unlimited App Assured listings.

The Basic Enablement Node provides a fully branded, partner-specific portal with capabilities such as custom learning path creation, ecosystem content management, access to engagement metrics, access to Adobe ecosystem events and webinars, certification tracking, and a structured onboarding series.

The Premium Enablement Node builds on these features by adding a Learning Management System (LMS) integration with the partner’s internal systems via SSO, SFTP, or API; advanced analytics and reporting on learner engagement; custom export fields; and integration testing support. Partners using the Premium edition also benefit from dedicated technical onboarding and significantly higher engagement potential, with some partners reporting up to 700% increased usage.

Partner directory listing

Adobe’s partner directory is a public-facing, searchable platform where partners can showcase their expertise, solutions, and achievements to Adobe customers, prospects, and internal Adobe teams. The directory is the primary destination for discovering Adobe partners based on their expertise, geographic presence, product specializations, and customer success.

If level requirements have been satisfied, the partner’s listing can appear on both the solution partner and technology partner tabs of the directory. Platinum partners, in recognition of their broader global footprint and advanced capabilities, can list multiple subsidiaries, enabling them to represent regional or specialized brands individually.

Partner solution offerings

Adobe recognizes three distinct types of partner solution offerings:

  1. Technology integrations are software applications or connectors developed by partners to integrate their products with Adobe products. These integrations extend Adobe’s capabilities and are typically built by independent software vendors (ISVs) or platform providers. Technology integrations are eligible to earn the App Assured badge, which signifies Adobe’s validation of the solution’s technical quality and reliability.
  2. Accredited solutions are validated offerings that address specific industry needs or business use cases. These may include custom-built integrations, Adobe product extensions, or repeatable service delivery frameworks. Accreditation demonstrates that the partner has successfully deployed the solution with customers and that it delivers measurable business outcomes. This is ideal for services-oriented partners such as consultancies and system integrators.
  3. Rapid deployment solutions are pre-configured, standardized implementations of Adobe products designed for quick deployment with minimal customization. These solutions follow fixed pricing and scope parameters, making them ideal for customers seeking fast time-to-value. This path is particularly suited for partners offering packaged services or accelerators.

Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners can showcase their solutions on the Adobe Exchange Marketplace, Adobe’s public-facing platform for discovering partner-built offerings. All partner solutions are submitted through the Adobe Developer Distribution platform, where they undergo a review process to ensure they meet Adobe’s quality, security, and compliance standards. Once approved, solutions are published on the Exchange Marketplace and linked to the partner’s profile in the Adobe partner directory, increasing both discoverability and credibility.

Product specializations and co-sell recognition

Partners can pursue specializations and preferred co-seller designations, two forms of recognition that validate a partner’s product expertise and collaborative success with Adobe. These credentials reflect a partner’s investment in enhancing their skill with Adobe products and their ability to deliver measurable customer impact.

  • Product specializations are awarded to partners who demonstrate deep proficiency in specific Adobe products. Specializations are earned by region, meaning a partner may be specialized in a product within one geographic market but not another. This regional and product-specific structure allows Adobe to highlight where a partner has proven capabilities and customer success. Specializations are earned through a combination of certified staff and documented deployments.
  • Preferred co-seller is a designation granted to partners who have demonstrated consistent success in selling jointly with Adobe. This recognition is awarded based on performance in specific product categories and geographic market areas. It is earned through a combination of partner-influenced bookings and accredited sales staff. For mature markets (e.g., US, UK, Germany), partners must achieve $200K in bookings or close four deals in a product category over a rolling 12-month period. For emerging markets (e.g., LATAM, India, SEA), the threshold is $100K or four deals. In addition, partners must have at least two sales-accredited staff in the relevant product category.

Both specializations and preferred co-seller designations are displayed prominently in the Adobe partner directory. These recognitions help Adobe account executives and customers quickly identify top-performing partners for collaboration. They celebrate partner achievements, reinforce Adobe’s commitment to collaboration, and help drive joint success across global markets. By investing in these recognition paths, partners position themselves as trusted experts and preferred collaborators in the Adobe ecosystem.

Sales support for active Adobe deals

Sandboxes and non-production software licenses

Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners can access standard and premium sandboxes for Adobe digital experience solutions. These environments are designed for developing sales and other customer demos, product integrations, and partner solutions, as well as providing a hands-on environment to develop product expertise in a non-production environment.

  • Standard sandboxes provide access to core Adobe products and are ideal for integration development, testing, and demonstration use cases. Silver and Gold partners can purchase additional standard sandboxes beyond their base allotment for integration testing in a non-production environment. Adobe will provision and maintain the sandbox while membership is active.
  • Premium sandboxes may include early access to new Adobe products, dedicated instances, or specialized configurations that support more complex scenarios. Partners must request sandboxes through the Benefits Center and use them only for their intended purpose. Adobe will provision and maintain the sandbox while membership is active.

Sharing of go-to-market (GTM) materials with Adobe sellers

Gold and Platinum partners can submit sales collateral to Adobe’s Field Readiness portal, an internal enablement platform used by our global sales teams to access partner content. Accepted assets include case studies, pitch decks, and integration slides. Platinum partners receive preferred placement. • Basic. Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners can purchase three 1-hour calls with Adobe’s integration team to validate ideas, troubleshoot issues, and receive expert guidance. Adobe will connect partners to the consulting team and provide feedback during the calls.
  • Premium. This benefit provides a deeper level of ongoing technical support from Adobe’s integration team to guide Gold and Platinum partners through integration development, validation, and troubleshooting. Adobe will assist with sandbox setup, UI/API orientation, integration testing, documentation review, and App Assurance.

Technical integration consulting services can be purchased through the Benefits Center.
