Adobe Commerce unlocks agentic commerce, from code to checkout

We’ve made it easier for you to access and manage your Adobe partner resources, get discovered by customers, and grow your business with the program.

October 28, 2026

Building on July’s launch of Product Discovery on LLM Surfaces, Adobe Commerce is adding new agentic capabilities that help merchants accelerate time to market, show up in AI answers, support conversational shopping, make products and commerce capabilities accessible to AI agents, and publish on-brand content faster.

Commerce Developer Agent is now generally available

Commerce Developer Agent helps developers build Adobe Commerce customizations and integrations faster.

  1. Uses Adobe documentation, code samples, and customer project context to accelerate development and deployment, initially for apps and integrations built with Adobe App Builder
  2. Powers Migration Assessment, which scans and analyzes PaaS codebases to guide customers in moving to Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service

For partners, this means faster delivery of Adobe Commerce projects and a clearer, evidence-based starting point for migration engagements.

Experience Workspace now in early access on DA Live
(GA planned for November)

Experience Workspace helps bring agentic authoring to storefronts on Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service and Adobe Commerce Optimizer.

  1. Build, configure, and refine full storefront pages in minutes from natural-language prompts, while staying on brand
  2. Authoring, visual editing, and live side-by-side preview, all in a single workspace
  3. Extend Experience Workspace with configurable skills, a saved prompt library, custom agents, and MCP connections, including Commerce merchandising and custom MCPs

Product Discovery on LLM Surfaces expanding by end of November

Help more merchants improve their representation in LLMs with these new capabilities:

  • PDP optimization is a plug-and-play, no-code improvement that helps LLMs match shopper intent to the right products, no changes required to human-visible PDPs. Coming soon to Adobe Commerce on Cloud (PaaS) and Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service.
  • Catalog Enrichment turns technical specs into richer product names and descriptions that help AI match products to shopper queries. Already available on Adobe Commerce on Cloud (PaaS) and coming to Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service. Learn more on Experience League.
  • Brand Governance helps protect brand consistency by enforcing tone, phrasing, and other style rules for every SKU, including seasonal rules for events like Black Friday.
  • Enrichment Manager helps merchants boost visibility by easily tailoring product content for launches, seasonal demand, and key shopping moments. They can filter and choose which SKUs and categories to enrich, schedule the enrichment, and review every job before it deploys.
  • Extend product discovery on LLMs to merchants on third-party commerce platforms using the upcoming integration between Adobe Brand Visibility and Adobe Commerce Optimizer, which will unlock PDP and Catalog Enrichment alongside Brand Visibility’s other optimization and monitoring capabilities.

See how these capabilities fit together on the AI commerce page. To propose a customer for early access, reach out to your Adobe representative or account manager.

Additional capabilities now generally available

Company Address Books (B2B)

Help B2B buyers order faster with fewer errors while aligning every purchase to company policy. Company Address Books, now in Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service, lets B2B administrators centrally manage shipping and billing addresses, including multiple address books per company, so buyers can only place orders using approved addresses.

Company Address Books is one of the latest B2B drop-ins for Adobe Commerce Storefront, which give merchants out-of-the-box B2B functionality for faster time to market and lower implementation costs. To get started:

  • Update the drop-in in existing storefronts by following the B2B drop-ins documentation or using Site Health in Site Creator
  • Start a new B2B storefront in Site Creator with the default B2B boilerplate
  • Make sure the Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service environment has B2B configured, including companies, user-to-company assignments, and shared catalogs

Adobe Commerce Optimizer Connector for B2B

Now generally available for Adobe Commerce on Cloud (PaaS) customers, the connector syncs Commerce shared catalogs to Adobe Commerce Optimizer, so B2B buyers only see their contracted products and pricing. Private catalog access is set up automatically from the Commerce Admin.
