New Workfront capabilities

Help clients upgrade to supported versions of Adobe Commerce

Adobe Commerce versions 2.4.4, 2.4.5, and 2.4.6 will reach end of support this year. Start planning to upgrade clients on these versions to a supported release—Commerce 2.4.8 (supported through April 2028) or the soon-to-be-released Commerce 2.4.9. Upgrading lets them continue receiving security patches and quality updates and helps them avoid disruption and maintain a secure, reliable, PCI-compliant commerce environment. Even better, share how moving to Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service eliminates the need for manual upgrades and provides continuous security and feature updates.

For customers that purchased the Healthcare add-on to meet HIPAA-readiness requirements, Adobe is working on and will provide an update when the HIPAA Ready extension is compatible with Commerce 2.4.8.Support customers in upgrading with these resources:
