Sandboxes are dedicated instances that allow partners to explore Adobe applications outside of a production environment. This protected environment is valuable for:
- Development: Defining customized workflows and services within an Adobe application
- Integration: Develop an integration between your solution and an Adobe application
- Training: Learn how to use applications through hands-on experience, without the risk of impacting production environments
- Demos: Deliver live demos of Adobe product features and capabilities
Who can access sandboxes?
Standard and premium sandboxes are available for Silver, Gold, and Platinum members of the Adobe Digital Experience Partner Program.
- Standard sandboxes provide access to core Adobe products and are ideal for integration development, testing, and demonstration use cases.
- Premium sandboxes may include early access to new Adobe products, dedicated instances, or specialized configurations that support more complex scenarios.
The number of standard and premium sandboxes included in your membership tier varies by level, but additional sandboxes are available for purchase on an ad hoc basis.

Requesting a sandbox
After viewing what sandboxes have already been provisioned to your company, if an additional sandbox is required, your designated administrator will need to submit a request through the Benefits Center and use the sandbox only for the purposes described above.
Adobe will provision and maintain the sandbox while your membership is active, including annual reprovisioning. Sandboxes are typically provisioned within 10 business days of a request. However, sandboxes for specific products may require additional time.
