Register online on the Adobe Partner Connection Portal and complete the Adobe Partner Profile.
Accept the Reseller Program Agreement in the format of a click-through online agreement.
Comply with the rules & guidelines in reference to the sale of Adobe products.
Submit the Certified Reseller online application.
Complete the Adobe Business Partner Code of Conduct training. (Minimum of one representative who holds responsibility for overseeing compliance.)
Meet minimum 6 months as an Adobe authorized reseller in the Adobe Partner Connection Program prior to applying at the Gold level.
Meet a minimum annual Creative Cloud units or annual Acrobat units sold through the VIP program only. Please refer to the APC Program Guide for Gold level eligibility criteria.*
Transact a minimum of one (1) VIP sale in each of the preceding four (4) quarters.
Meet minimum 12 months as a Gold Reseller prior to applying at the Platinum level.
Meet a minimum annual Total Qualifying Revenue threshold AND annual Creative Cloud units sold through the VIP program only product launches, promotions, or campaigns as invited by Adobe. Please refer to the APC Program Guide for Platinum eligibility criteria.
Appoint a Designated Product Line Manager with responsibility for Adobe products in accordance with program guidelines for the Platinum level.
Execute the Platinum Reseller Agreement.
Submit end user sell-through and point of sale (POS) reports as specified by Adobe.
Maintain at least two employees dedicated to the Adobe business.
