About Technology Program
The Adobe Technology Partner Program is the new name for what was formerly known as the Adobe Exchange Partner Program for the Experience Cloud. ISV partner applications are built to enhance the user's experience of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Partners of Adobe build these applications and integrations, and then list them on the Adobe Exchange Marketplace. Partners in the Technology Partner Program can join at different partner levels depending on what works best for them and receive numerous benefits based on partner level.
The program remains focused on technology partners but has been rebranded and redesigned to create a unique experience for partners. The names of the partner levels are different. Program fees were reduced, and additional benefits added, including “a la carte” benefits for Gold level partners.

Partners will join the Adobe Technology Partner Program differently based on their current level. Innovate Partners will automatically transition to Silver. Accelerate partners will be contacted by Adobe within 30 days of their current renewal to assist in the transition to Gold. Partners interested in upleveling or transitioning to the new program sooner, can inquire to do so here.

Once you have joined the program as a Gold partner, you can sign into the Technology Partner Portal and request a la carte benefits.
The Gold program manager is a benefit available for purchase to Gold level partners. The program manager will act as a single point of contact for partners to use for all Technology Partner Program needs. The program manager will guide and support partners by applying program best practices, executing go-to-market deliverables, communicating the latest Adobe news, helping with account matching via Crossbeam, providing support with contracts and renewals, and more. The Gold program manager does not include direct sales engagement with Adobe field.
Crossbeam is software that assists with account mapping between a partner and Adobe. It is a powerful tool used in partnerships to identify prospective customers and see the potential market available within partner ecosystems. Account matching via Crossbeam is a base, Gold level benefit.
Silver partner program fees are billed annually at the time of sign-up. Gold partner program fees and annual a la carte, Gold Program Manager, and Technical Integration Consulting benefits are billed quarterly. Any additional quarterly marketing deliverable benefits will be billed at the time of purchase.
No. A la carte benefits are available for Gold partners only.
Registering as a Bronze level partner in the Solution Partner Program is free of charge as a benefit of your Adobe Technology Program membership at the Silver, Gold, or Platinum levels. Learn more about how to join the Adobe Solution Partner Program for free here.
Adobe Workfront is used by Gold partners to purchase and track the delivery of a la carte benefits.
The Adobe Exchange Marketplace will not change. You do not need to update your listing to transition to the new program.
Updated branding is available on the Technology Partner Program Portal. All branding related to the retired Exchange Partner Program for Experience Cloud should be replaced with updated branding as soon as possible.
The Adobe Technology Partner Program is live as of March 20th, 2023. Additional aspects of the program will continue to become available throughout 2023.

Sandbox access is subject to availability and varies by partnership level.
The integration team will provide guidance, support, and best practices to guide you as you build your integration with the Adobe Experience Cloud. Support is only given to Adobe Technology partners and varies by partner level. Review technical benefits on Benefits page.
The Application Assurance program was created to highlight those partners that have taken the extra steps to have the Adobe team review their integration and then incorporate feedback on best practices and implement those improvements. For our Adobe customers, they will have the added confidence in an integration that the Adobe team has thoroughly reviewed and approved. There is a cost for this program annually, as each year the integration will need to go through a full review to continue to receive the App Assurance badge on the marketplace.
