Gold Program Manager

Gold level members of the Adobe Technology Partner Program can purchase the Gold Program Manager benefit which gives access to an experienced Adobe Program Manager and select Go-to-Market support.

$25,000 / Year


Benefits

Your assigned Gold Program Manager will serve as an additional point of contact and will assist you with onboarding and renewal as a Gold level partner, ensuring you understand and effectively utilize your program benefits and helping you gain access to the Adobe field sales team.

Your Gold Program Manager will reach out to meet with you weekly for the first 30 days, and after that they will meet with you as often as bi-weekly. Some of the items your Gold Program Manager can assist with include:

Sales & Marketing

  • New Providing up to five email introductions per month to specific Adobe field reps based on:
    • Matching joint accounts
    • Current sales conversations as surfaced by the Adobe revenue intelligence platform or other relevant data points
    • Insights from your sales teams or the Adobe field sales team
  • Discovering possible Solution Partners engaged on relevant accounts
  • Providing enhanced account matching plays through Crossbeam for marketing, partner assist opportunities, and co-sell opportunities
  • Updated Performing a Total Addressable Market analysis through enhanced Crossbeam account mapping
  • Driving engagement with the Solution Partner Program team for deal registration
  • New Providing an annual partnership stat sheet

Enablement

  • Supporting completion of App Assurance program benefit
  • New Assisting in completing a sales sheet that summarizes the partnership and uploading it to the Adobe Field Readiness portal
  • Providing early access to beta program updates and opportunities to provide feedback
  • Participating in partner-driven enablement sessions for your sales teams as requested

Integration

  • Supporting your integration strategy, identifying beta customers, and guiding your listing strategy
  • Updated Fielding questions about relevant Adobe Sales Plays to support go-to-market alignment with Adobe product and field teams
  • Guiding you through available a la carte benefits, such as Technical Integration Consulting

Requirements and Terms

Only Gold level partners can purchase the Gold Program Manager benefit. This benefit is an annual benefit. Once your request for the benefit is approved, you will be billed $25,000 annually. This benefit will be renewed with your program fee unless you notify Adobe at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of your contract term of your intent to not renew this benefit. Pro-rating the cost is available if you sign up for this benefit mid-year. Once purchased, this benefit cannot be cancelled prior to the end of your term. This benefit is subject to availability and change.

The Gold Program Manager is not a partner manager responsible for driving sales of your solution. Adobe field introductions will be made only after you achieve “Go-to-Market Readiness,” which is: 1) have a listing on the Adobe Exchange Marketplace 2) completing a sales sheet for Adobe’s field readiness portal 3) initiating App Assurance and 4) completing an account mapping exercise. Introductions to the Adobe field are made upon request and are not guaranteed to produce business for you. Adobe will determine how introductions are made and may decline to make an introduction for any reason. After making an introduction to the Adobe field, you are responsible to drive sales of your solution. The number of introductions per month is a limit and will not accrue if left unused.

Adobe-Supported Press Release

Gold level partners may request Adobe’s collaboration for a press release through our marketing request portal, Workfront. After review and approval by Adobe, the press release can be scheduled for publication.

Benefits

A press release is a great way to get the word out about your integration, your organization, or your partnership with Adobe. The Adobe-Supported Press Release benefit lets you make a request through Adobe Workfront to collaborate with Adobe on a press release. Collaboration will all take place in Workfront, and after Adobe reviews and approves the press release, it can be scheduled for publication by your organization. Create a press release to:

  • Announce an integration available on the Exchange Marketplace
  • Announce your App Assurance achievement
  • Announce partner awards
  • Share customer case studies
  • Time a release around an event for maximum exposure
  • Obtain a quote from an Adobe subject matter expert

Adobe will:

  • Communicate via Workfront
  • Review the draft
  • Provide a quote, if applicable
  • Promote as Adobe deems appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with Adobe brand and guidelines

Requirements and Terms

Only partners at the Gold level can request an Adobe-Supported Press Release. This benefit will be forfeited if the Gold level membership does not remain in good standing. Applications are reviewed by Adobe, and each press release must adhere to the Adobe Partner Press Release Guidelines. After the submission is accepted, work will commence on the deliverable. The estimated completion time for this deliverable is 6-8 weeks. Each request of this benefit is for a single press release; additional press releases must be requested separately. Subject to availability and approval by Adobe.

Blog Post

Partners at the Gold level may request a blog post to be featured on Adobe Blog. Digital Experience is happening among our community members, and Adobe partners can publish about their integrations for our community to see.

The Blog Post benefit allows you to request a featured post on the Adobe Blog, the place for news, brand stories, and customer spotlights. Use the blog to:

  • Promote brand and integration
  • Tie in your own research and thought leadership
  • Benefit from exposure with the Adobe Blog’s 830,000 average page views/month
  • Connect with practitioners, customers, and other partners

Adobe will:

  • Review the concept, outline, and final draft
  • Post on the Adobe Blog
  • Promote as Adobe deems appropriate

Partners at the Gold Level can request a blog post. Applications are reviewed by Adobe, and blog posts must adhere to the Adobe Blog Post Guidelines. Featured Marketplace Listing

Get noticed on the Exchange Marketplace with a Featured Listing. Showcase your new integration, App Assurance designation, or boost visibility for your integration by purchasing a Featured listing.

Benefits

Purchase a Featured Marketplace Listing to prominently display your listing on the Exchange Marketplace to showcase a new integration, your App Assurance designation, or to simply provide more visibility to your integration. Featured listings appear at the top of the Exchange Marketplace in a rotating carousel for three months.

Adobe will:

  • Listings will rotate through the carousel display randomly
  • Keep the listing in the featured section for 3 months

Adobe will use an existing Solution Partner webinar and allocate a time slot within that webinar for you to present. You will be responsible for having presentation materials prepared for the allotted time, helping to source and promote to your desired audience, and coordinate your own networking and follow-up communications with interested parties.

  • Provide an audience of its Solution Partner network
  • Coordinate webinar logistics
  • Communicate the time available for the partner presentation

The Customer Story benefit provides you with a ready-to-go set of assets that showcase how a customer that you source benefited from using your integration with an Adobe product. You’ll exchange customer information with one of our top marketing partners. The agency will develop the customer story content and perform co-branding of your organization with Adobe.

We’ll introduce you to and you’ll work with one of our top marketing agency partners. The agency will facilitate a workshop for you in which you’ll define a go-to-market strategy and key activities to undertake that align with your business outcomes and investments. You’ll then work with the agency to plan and develop the artifacts that you’ll develop based on this strategy and activities.

Deliverables in this benefit include the workshop, a concise one-page plan, a roadmap for developing the artifacts , and a buyer engagement journey. You can optionally purchase individual components of the Joint Marketing Plan benefit.

After you provide the agency with your existing marketing content, solution messaging, and branding guidelines and artifacts, they’ll review them, refresh your content (including design), and perform co-branding of your organization with Adobe.

Agency will:

  • Assess marketing content
  • Provide consultation with Go-to-Market content strategist to review editorial recommendations
  • Update assets (copy, design)

This kit includes development of the core content to land the partner’s solution with customers via marketing and sales channels. Deliverable will be a 1-page product sheet, a product pitch deck, and set of social cards. These components can also be purchased individually.

This benefit provides you access to Adobe’s global sales team. You can submit your collateral for posting on Adobe’s dedicated enablement portal, Adobe Field Readiness.

The Adobe Field Readiness portal is an internal collaborative space where Adobe’s global sales teams can discover, learn about, and share Adobe digital experience resources, including partner information, with customers and prospects.

Partners may submit up to three assets per contract year. Collateral types that you can submit include joint customer case studies, partnership overview one-pagers, integration slides, video assets, and more.

Only partners at the Gold level and above can submit collateral to be uploaded into the Field Readiness Portal. Submissions for the Field Readiness Portal are subject to availability and approval by Adobe. This benefit will be forfeited if the Gold level membership does not remain in good standing.

TECHNICAL BENEFITS

Technical Integration Consulting

The Technical Integration Consulting benefit gives you technical support from Adobe’s internal integrations team to address all the technical aspects needed to get one or more of your integrations on the path to a successful launch.

$15,000 / Year


Benefits

The team will meet with you regularly to guide you on the technical aspects of each integration that you build with an Adobe product. For example, during the consulting service period, they’ll support you in validation, troubleshooting, and completing the App Assurance process. In addition, the Adobe team will provide insights into changes to Adobe products and the possible impacts of those changes on each integration.

Adobe will:

  • Connect partner to the Adobe Integration Consulting team
  • Assist with sandbox environment setup
  • Provide UI/API orientation
  • Validate integration use cases
  • Share integration best practices
  • Provide guidance for testing/debugging
  • Review integration documentation
  • Provide roadmap insights

Requirements and Terms

Only Gold level partners can purchase Technical Integration Consulting. This benefit is an annual benefit. Once approved, you will be billed $15,000. This benefit will be renewed with your program fee unless Adobe is notified at least 30 days prior to the end of your contract term of your intent not to renew this benefit. Proration is available for partners that sign up for this benefit mid-year. Once purchased, this benefit cannot be cancelled prior to the end of your term. This benefit will be forfeited if the Gold level membership does not remain in good standing. Subject to availability and approval by Adobe.

Integration Quick Start

The Integration Quick Start benefit gives you three (3) 1-hour calls with Adobe’s internal integration team to help you jump start your integration. You can use these calls to validate your idea, understand integration best practices, get familiar with the Exchange Marketplace or Adobe Commerce Marketplace, or tap into the Adobe team’s integration expertise.

$2,000 for three (3) 1-hour calls

Adobe On-Site with Integration Team

The Adobe On-Site with Integration Team benefit provides you with a two-day time slot to meet with Adobe’s internal partner integration team at our offices in Lehi, Utah. You can use this time to brainstorm use cases and your integration design with a team of technical experts from Adobe.

$20,000 / Two-day on-site

This benefit is subject to change depending on expenses associated with travel and hospitality. You will be responsible for arranging your own travel and for any travel-related expenses.

The App Assurance benefit offers another avenue for distinguishing your integration(s) from others. Those who complete the requirements will attain a coveted designation and can have increased visibility in the Exchange Marketplace.

Benefits

With the Adobe App Assurance benefit, you can make a request for Adobe collaboration on helping you earn the valued App Assurance designation for your application .

The App Assurance Program qualifies and validates partner applications against a set of requirements that when met, demonstrate a partner’s commitment to product excellence and Adobe’s validation of the functionality and high quality of these applications. Earning the designation allows partners to distinguish their application and add the recognized App Assurance badge to their application listing on the Exchange or Adobe Commerce Marketplace.

Note that App Assurance is an annual process and requires applications to undergo a yearly review within the program to maintain their App Assurance designation.

Upon initiating the benefit and after approval from the Adobe Technology Consultant team, the process will begin as listed in this Support article. Complete the App Assurance Program to:

  • Have our Technical Consulting team review your application(s)
  • Receive an Assurance Program badge for marketing use
  • Receive priority placement in the Exchange Marketplace or Adobe Commerce Marketplace
  • Get mentioned in a product knowledge newsletter
  • Get mentioned on social channels for Adobe Partners

Only partners at the Gold level and above can participate in the App Assurance Program. This benefit will be forfeited if the Gold level membership does not remain in good standing. Applications are reviewed by Adobe, and each App Assurance must adhere to the Terms and Guidelines. After the submission is accepted, work will commence on the deliverable. Adobe In-Store Credit

Buy store credit for future use. Credit appears as balance in Benefits Center, usable for any listed benefits. Streamline budget requests into one ask, rather than per purchase. Easily adapt if priorities shift.

Benefits

Purchase store credit for later use. Any credit purchased appears as a balance on your account within the Benefits Center and can be applied to purchase any of the listed benefits. This lets you consolidate budget requests into a one-time ask rather than each time you want to make an a la carte purchase. It also allows you to easily pivot should priorities change. For example, if you initially prioritized go-to-market benefits but later learned that you need to focus on developing your integration, you have the budget immediately available to purchase technical integration benefits.

Adobe will:

  • Provide a storefront for partners to transact the purchase
  • Track and monitor the balance of a partner’s credit
  • Deduct from the balance as a partner applies it to purchases

Requirements and Terms

Only Gold level partners can purchase this benefit. This benefit will be forfeited if the Gold level membership does not remain in good standing. Refunds for purchased credit will not be given. Once credit is purchased, it must be used for the purposes of the partnership via Benefits Center purchases.
