How to Uplevel to Silver or Gold in the Adobe Technology Partner Program

Upgrading to the Silver or Gold partner level in the Technology Partner Program is easy. Please follow the following instructions. Note that you must be a registered member of the Technology Partner Program to access the Benefits Center. If you have trouble logging into the Benefits Center, please reach out to Partner Support.

 

1. Navigate to the Benefits Center.

 

2. Click "View Details" on the Silver or Gold Membership product cards. This is what those cards look like in the Benefits Center:

3. Once you find the partner level that best suits your organization's goals, click "Add to Cart".

 

4. Click on the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner of the screen. Select "Proceed to Checkout".

 

5. Next, you will select what payment method you'd like to use for your purchase: invoice, credit card, or prepaid credit. Once you've selected a payment method, fill in the required billing fields.

 

6. Hit "Place Order". You should receive an order confirmation email from our team. Your purchase will then be routed to our team for review. When your Silver or Gold membership is approved and active, you will receive another email from our team with level and benefit information!
