When requesting your sandbox environment, please review and understand the following policies and details:
- Timing: Generally, a sandbox will be provisioned within 10 business days of a request. However, sandbox provisioning for each Adobe product may differ somewhat from that general 10-day timeline.
- Limit: Each partner is permitted to have one (1) sandbox for each product. However, in some cases the Benefits Center will permit a partner to purchase additional “premium sandboxes” for certain Adobe products. Compared to typically provisioned sandboxes, premium sandboxes provide partners with admin privileges and additional capabilities.
Limit: Silver partners can only request sandboxes for two (2) Adobe products per provisioning request. Only two (2) provisioning requests can be in process at any time, so once currently requested sandboxes have been provisioned, the partner can make an additional provisioning request.
