Obtaining an Adobe Sales Excellence accreditation equips you with key knowledge for aligning Adobe products with your customer’s needs. Accreditations are earned by completing on-demand modules and passing all requirements. Unlike certifications, accreditations are free to obtain and don’t require passing a proctored exam. Adobe offers 16 Sales Excellence accreditations for core Adobe customer experience products and Adobe Experience Platform.

Adobe offers a universal accreditation journey with a standardized approach for each Adobe product. By completing a Sales Excellence accreditation journey, you’ll learn how to effectively communicate the value of that product to your customers. And if you’re new to an Adobe application, Sales Excellence accreditations are a great place to start the learning journey, since each accreditation covers competitive advantages, capabilities, and integrations of the product with other Adobe products.

Learn at your own pace
Adobe offers two pathways to obtain your Sales Excellence accreditation. You can choose to enroll in the fast track to skip prerequisite courses and go directly to the free exam, but you must pass the exam on the first try. All Adobe accreditations are valid for two years and are administered via Adobe Learning Manager.
Standard learning path
The full accreditation course builds expertise in Adobe products and sales practices, helping you prepare for the Sales Excellence exam with unlimited attempts. It’s designed for anyone seeking up-to-date Adobe product and sales fundamentals across various partner roles.
Fast track to the exam
For partners with strong integration skills or who are renewing an accreditation, the fast track options lets you skip learning modules and go straight to the free exam. You must pass on the first try to earn the badge; otherwise, you’ll need to complete the standard course.
