New Customer Experience Orchestration Sales Play resources for partners

Building on our Sales Play activation sessions during Partner Kickoff Series, and carrying that momentum into Summit, our FY26 Sales Plays  are the foundation for how we bring Adobe to market and deliver customer value.

Structured around our three Portfolio Plays—Content Supply ChainUnified Customer Experience, and B2B GTM Orchestration—Sales Plays connect Adobe products into cohesive, outcome-driven narratives. As we introduced in the Global Partner Keynote, the go-forward strategy for Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) revolves around the following three pillars: Content Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, and Brand Visibility.

As Summit accelerates these conversations and further defines the vision, our FY26 Sales Plays will continue to evolve and become more aligned to these three CXO pillars. You will continue to see support and enablement to help you activate this strategy with clarity and confidence.

Check out these resources to help you activate these Sales Plays:

Application Sales Tactics:  There are more than 80 individual Sales Tactics designed to support focused, single-application motions for various tactical sales scenarios like new single-application purchases, upsells, and cross-sells. Each tactic is outlined in specific Go-to-Market Guides, in addition to downloadable and customizable pitch decks that will help you drive customer conversations.

Future-proof your Adobe Commerce customers by promoting updates or cloud migration

With Adobe Commerce 2.4.4, 2.4.5, and 2.4.6 reaching end of support this year, this is a perfect opportunity for partners to actively work with clients running these versions and encourage upgrading to a supported release or to our cloud offering.

To ensure continued access to performance, scalability, and security improvements, Adobe strongly recommends that all Commerce customers upgrade to the latest supported releases, such as Adobe Commerce 2.4.8 (supported through April 2028) or planning for  Adobe Commerce 2.4.9  upon its expected release in May 2026.
