This integration allows partner platforms to onboard user level data (non-PII) into Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) for mutual customers. This user level data is usually considered 1st party data belonging to the AAM customer and is not intended to be sold broadly. Bringing 3rd party data into AAM is a different process -- see the Marketplace integration guide.

After waiting in the queue for integration support (6-12 month wait on average), this is typically a 4-9 week project once the project manager has been assigned.

Please make sure to read and complete each step below.

Step 4

Sign data agreement (required, non-negotiable)

Agreement will be sent via Adobe Sign.

Step 5

Wait for Adobe resources to become available (typically a 6-12 month wait due to resource constraints)
