Adobe Audience Manager Onboarding Integration Guide

This integration allows partner platforms to onboard user level data (non-PII) into Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) for mutual customers. This user level data is usually considered 1st party data belonging to the AAM customer and is not intended to be sold broadly. Bringing 3rd party data into AAM is a different process -- see the Marketplace integration guide.

Info

These integration projects are not being prioritized by Adobe and require a high level of customer demand as a prerequisite.

Follow these steps to build and list your integration

This is typically a 4-9 week project once the project manager has been assigned.

1

You must be a registered partner in the Adobe Technology Program to get access.

2

To learn about sandbox access for the Technology Program please view our article on solution provisioning.

3

Once you have registered as a partner in the Technology program, you can request an AAM integration by completing a form.

4

Sign data agreement

Agreement will be sent via Adobe Sign. Signing the agreement is required and non-negotiable.

5

Wait for Adobe resources to become available

Typically a 6-12 month wait due to resource constraints. Once the Adobe integrations team has available bandwidth, you will gain access to the team through an email channel. The team will then help you complete the integration requirements.

6

Must be logged into the Partner Portal to view. To onboard web (cookie based) data into AAM you need to have a user ID sync established. If you will only be onboarding mobile device data you can skip this step.

7

Batch files must be delivered to AAM with specific file naming and content requirements.

8

Request enablement assistance by using this request form. Once the form is submitted, we will contact you by email to configure the ID sync and the S3 data transfer.

9

Validate the transfer and processing of audience data.

10

Specific steps are needed to begin onboarding audience data for each AAM customer.

11

Must be logged into the Partner Portal to view. Market yourself in Adobe Marketing Cloud Exchange. This is the place where you can tell customers about your company and your data.
