Take your first steps to success
Whether you’re new to Adobe or looking to sharpen your strategy, the onboarding journey sets the foundation for long-term impact. With powerful tools, co-selling opportunities, and unmatched resources at your fingertips, this is your chance to unlock it all.
Here’s the truth: onboarding is where real momentum starts. Think of it as your mission control. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the essential steps to make the most of your partnership and establish a foundation for sustainable growth.
Unlock your command center: the Partner Experience Hub
The Partner Experience Hub (PxHub) is where all facets of your Adobe partnership begins. The reimagined PxHub is where you manage your partnership, monitor partnership and pipeline progress, and plug into our partner community. Start by getting familiar with the PxHub’s structure and resources. If you're unsure where to begin, check out our detailed guide that orients you to key aspects of the new site.
Personalize your profiles for impact
As an Adobe partner, you will have both an individual user profile and a company profile for your organization, both managed through the Manage Profile section of the PxHub. This area is easily accessed through the About menu or by clicking the avatar icon on the quick menu just to the right of the global navigation.
Individual user profile. The user profile contains your unique information. All users at any partnership level have the ability to maintain their own profile. Here we gather the following details:
- Your contact information
- Your role at your company
- Your role in supporting the Adobe partnership
- Your personal office location (in additional to company location)
- Communication preferences
- Your role and level of access within the PxHub
- Your earned credentials (Excellence accreditations and certifications)
- Your support cases
Company profile. While all users can see information about their company, only program admins can make changes. This area is divided into the following sections:
- Company information—Includes basic information, key documents, and partner hierarchy.
- Company contacts—View who from your company uses the PxHub.
- Company entitlements—View company entitlements including vouchers, sandboxes, Partner Directory listing, and solution listings in Adobe Exchange Marketplace.
- Partner directory—View or update your Partner Directory listing, key contacts, and any incoming inquiries from customers.
- Track partnership—View your company’s current level and, if less than Platinum level, progress toward upleveling. Includes sub-tabs for specializations, credentials, and customer deployments.
- Company recognition—Access custom recognition and marketing resources, including badges, designations, and Partner of the Year recognition.
- Support cases—View all support cases for your company.
Begin by ensuring both your user profile and company information is accurate and complete, as this will help us tailor your PxHub experience.

Craft a Partner Directory profile that gets you noticed
First impressions matter, and your profile in the Partner Directory is no exception. Partners at the Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels should make sure you’re leveraging this valuable benefit and putting your best foot forward with Adobe customers and sellers.
Why does this matter? Because visibility creates opportunity. A well-crafted profile showcases your value and helps you stand out to Adobe teams and potential clients alike.
Empower your team for maximum impact.
Success in your Adobe partnership is a team effort. Upskill your team by inviting colleagues to the PxHub, where they can learn about Adobe’s portfolio, go-to-market messaging, and polish their skills with a range of enablement options. Once they’ve logged in, admins can assign users to various roles and designations to ensure they have access to the right tools and resources.
We encourage admins to drive participation across departments—from sales and marketing to technical leads. The more your team engages with the PxHub, the stronger your Adobe practice will be.
Understand Adobe’s diverse product portfolio
Adobe’s expansive portfolio includes applications spanning creativity and production, content management, marketing automation, experience orchestration, document management, workflows, and more.
With the launch of the PxHub, our updated product pages include a range of content from foundational application information to the latest features and development roadmaps.
By taking time to explore product overviews, key differentiators, and use cases, you will be well-positioned to support your colleagues, drive enablement, and deliver value to our shared customers.
Accelerate growth with Adobe training
Clients want partners who truly know Adobe. That’s why we provide easy ways to grow your expertise while boosting your credibility, attracting more business, and helping your team succeed again and again. To this end, we’ve developed an extensive enablement menu designed to help you grow your Adobe business.
Learners can choose from a variety of options that best fit their style, from webinars to formal certifications. Excellence accreditations showcase your expertise, boost your career, and strengthen your company’s Adobe practice. A library of roughly 1,700 on-demand trainings introduce our products and features, while our on-demand webinar recordings bring you the latest and greatest information—so every customer conversation feels effortless.
As an administrator, promoting your team’s learning can unlock additional opportunities to differentiate your company with customers.
Fuel innovation with sandboxes
Looking to test solutions, conduct internal training, or simulate client scenarios? Adobe’s sandbox environments make it possible. These safe, self-contained virtual spaces let your team experiment and build without risk.
Get started by requesting necessary sandboxes to ensure your team has access to these invaluable hands-on environments. It’s a smart way to drive innovation and confidence across technical and sales teams alike.
Sell smarter: activate Adobe’s go-to-market resources
In addition to our powerful applications, we also provide extensive resources to ensure you and your team are well equipped to position them with current and prospective customers. From detailed sales plays to industry guidance, the PxHub is full of valuable resources to help you align with and position Adobe. In addition, our Partner Sales Center offers a dedicated hub for coordinating sales opportunities with Adobe, managing pipeline, and earning financial incentives.
Make it a priority to familiarize yourself with available GTM tools and encourage your team to use them. Already in talks with customers? Don’t wait to register your first lead and start building pipeline momentum that can earn your company a percentage of the software sale value. That’s a compelling reason to act fast.
