
Many customers of the Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) DMP need to export their audiences to Adobe's data partners to enable targeted marketing activities. This is commonly done through a server-to-server integration. As an Adobe data partner you can establish this type of integration by following the steps below.
After waiting in the queue for integration support (6-12 month wait on average), this is typically a 4-9 week project once the project manager has been assigned.

Step 1 | Register as a partner in the Adobe Exchange Program |
Step 2 | AAM Product Information To learn about sandbox access for the Exchange Program please view our article on solution provisioning. |
Step 3 | Request AAM Targeting Integration Once you have registered as a partner in the Exchange program, you can request an AAM integration by completing this form. |
Step 4 | Sign data agreement (required, non-negotiable) Agreement will be sent via Adobe Sign. |
Step 5 | Wait for Adobe resources to become available (typically a 6-12 month wait due to resource constraints) Once the Adobe integrations team has available bandwidth, you will gain access to the team through an email channel. The team will then help you complete the integration requirements. |
Step 6 | Setup a User ID Sync (Must be logged into the Partner Portal to view) (Cookie based User IDs only) Learn more > To receive web (cookie based) audiences you need to have a user ID sync established. If you will only be receiving mobile device audiences you can skip this step. |
Step 7 | Configure your system to receive S2S data transfer Learn more > Audience Manager offers two methods to deliver audience data -- Batch (Files or HTTP) and Real-time (HTTP). |
Step 8 | Request technical enablement Once you have reviewed the technical specification, request enablement assistance by using the enablement request form. Once this form is submitted, we will review the request and contact you with next steps. |
